The Client acknowledges and agrees that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings and related media captured during any event, session or booking may contain identifiable individuals, including guests, attendees, participants and members of the public present at the event.

The Client expressly grants Wishing Star Photography a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify and promote selected photographs, videos and related media for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website galleries
• Portfolio display
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Google Business Profile
• YouTube
• Printed marketing materials
• Advertising campaigns
• Social media marketing
• Promotional videos
• Business presentations
• Competitions, exhibitions and awards
• Future marketing and promotional activities

No compensation, royalties, fees or payments shall be due to any client, participant, guest or attendee in connection with such use.

4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

• Album suppliers
• Printing laboratories
• Editing service providers
• Technology providers
• Hosting providers
• Payment processors
• Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law

5. SECURITY
